In this supportive class, we will address the unique effects and stresses of pregnancy, birth, and caring for small children. Classes are designed to create community and relieve discomforts such as shoulder and neck tension from carrying small children and breastfeeding. Meditation and deep breathing techniques will help you re-discover yourself in your new role and helps give you physical and emotional strength and energy to meet parenthood. We recommend you wait a minimum of 4-6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8-10 weeks after a caesarian birth before beginning your postnatal practice.
Pre-crawling babies are welcome. Bring a soft blanket for baby to lay on and any of baby's favorite toys. Strollers can be parked inside the studio.
There are no cancellations for in-person classes. All new memberships and packages are accepted for in-studio classes.
Limit 10 adults. This class requires proof of full vaccination - adults will wear masks in class.
