Curious about yoga, but intimidated by what you have seen? I want you to know that yoga is for where you are now, in this moment, in this body, no fancy poses needed. Join me in exploring what yoga has to offer you. I welcome ALL human bodies and their abilities.

This class is offered through the Breathing Room in Alameda in Person and Online
In this supportive class, we will address the unique effects and stresses of pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Classes are designed to create community and relieve physical discomforts. Meditation, asana and deep breathing techniques will help you re-discover yourself in your new role and help you find physical and emotional strength and energy to meet childbirth and parenthood.
All trimesters and postnatal are welcome! (no babies in person in this class - see Friday class) We recommend you wait a minimum of 4-6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8-10 weeks after a cesarean birth before beginning your postnatal practice. Please have the okay from your medical care provider(s).
